\\r\\n-in possesso di un'ottima conoscenza dell'inglese, la lingua di lavoro ufficiale dell'EBA.
Condizioni
\\r\\nI tirocinanti ricevono un sussidio mensile di 1724,22 EUR; la durata del tirocinio è di 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga.
Come presentare la domanda
\\r\\n-I candidati devono presentare la loro domanda in inglese all'indirizzo EBA-Traineeship-Applications@eba.europa.eu;
\\r\\n-devono indicare il numero di riferimento della posizione di tirocinio per cui si candidano e aggiungere il loro nome e cognome nell'oggetto dell'e-mail (ad esempio, TR LEGAL 2019_Nome, Cognome);
\\r\\n-devono includere i seguenti documenti: un CV in formato Europass; una lettera di motivazione; una griglia dei criteri di idoneità compilata, datata e firmata; copie dei diplomi (o dei relativi certificati) di tutti gli studi universitari e post-universitari dichiarati nel CV.

Всяка година Комитетът на регионите (КР) предоставя ограничен брой места за стаж за граждани на държавите-членки на ЕС или официален кандидат за присъединяване, като им предлага възможност да придобият професионален опит в Европейска институция.
Предлагат се три вида стажове – стандартен стаж, краткосрочни учебни посещения и стаж за държавни служители.
Стандартен стаж.
Всяка година КР предлага на скоро завършили висшето си образование млади хора ограничен брой стажове с продължителност пет месеца. Този вид стаж включва период на обучение и придобиване на професионален опит в една от службите на Комитета на регионите. Стажът е с продължителност 16 февруари до 15 юли (пролетни стажове) или от 16 септември до 15 февруари (есенни стажове).
Целта на организирането на стажове в КР е:
· да предостави възможност за придобиване на опит от първа ръка за работата на КР и на институциите на ЕС като цяло;
· да предоставя практически познания за работата на своите отдели;
· да придобият умения за работа в мултикултурна и многоезична среда;
· да се даде възможност на стажантите да имат възможност да организират учебно посещение в Европейска местна или регионална власт във връзка с политическите приоритети на Комитета;
· да даде възможност на стажантите да развият и приложат на практика знанията, които са придобили по време на обучението или кариерата си.
Стажантите се избират измежду граждани на държавите-членки на ЕС. Въпреки това ограничен брой граждани на страни, които не са членки, могат да бъдат приети.
Кандидатите трябва:
· или да притежавате университетска диплома (или еквивалентна диплома), издадена към датата за кандидатстване;
· да имат задълбочени познания по един официален език на Общността и задоволителни познания по един друг работен език на ЕС (френски или английски).
Стажантите на КР имат право на месечна стипендия. Размерът на безвъзмездната помощ е еквивалентен на 25% от заплатата на длъжностните лица AD-5 (стъпка 1) в началото на стажа за пълния период от пет месеца.
Периоди за кандидатстване:
- 1 януари до 31 март, полунощ, местно време в Брюксел, същата година (за есенни стажове 16 септември - 15 февруари);
- 1 юли до 30 септември, полунощ, местно време в Брюксел, от предходната година (за пролетни стажове 16 февруари - 15 юли).

Краткосрочни учебни посещения.
КР също така предлага краткосрочни учебни посещения в рамките на една от своите служби на лица, чиято професионална, академична или изследователска дейност показва, че биха се запознали с практическата работа и/или политики на Комитета. Естеството на задачите, които трябва да изпълняват обучаемите, зависи до голяма степен от звеното, към което са назначени; докато някои единици са по-политически, други са по-административни.
Кандидатите трябва:
· да са граждани на ЕС или граждани на държава, която е официален кандидат за присъединяване (на кандидати от трети страни може да бъде предоставен стаж от Генералния секретар в изключителни, надлежно мотивирани случаи);
· завършили висше образование със завършена бакалавърска степен;
· да може да докаже, че има нужда да задълбочи познанията си за Комитета на регионите по причини, свързани с професионални, академични или изследователски дейности.
Всички разходи по време на периода на обучение се покриват от стажантите – те не получават безвъзмездни средства, нито друга финансова подкрепа от КР. Максималната продължителност на краткосрочното учебно посещение е 4 месеца, но може да бъде удължена до 6 месеца в зависимост от наличните ресурси в КР.
Краен срок: Няма фиксирани срокове за краткосрочни учебни посещения.

Стаж за държавни служители

Допуснатите кандидати получават:
· 1-4 месеца стаж, с възможност за удължаване до 6 месеца с разрешение на генералния секретар;

· работно място в Брюксел, Белгия
· стажът е неплатен, всички разходи се покриват от участника или неговия изпращащ орган

Chaque année, le Comité des régions (CdR) offre un nombre limité de stages à de jeunes citoyens, originaires d'un État membre de l'UE ou d'un candidat officiel à l'adhésion, leur permettant d'acquérir une expérience professionnelle dans une institution européenne.
\\r\\n\\r\\nTrois types de stages sont disponibles : Le stage standard, les visites d'étude de courte durée et le stage pour les fonctionnaires.

STAGE STANDARD
\\r\\n\\r\\nChaque année, le CdR offre à de jeunes diplômés universitaires un nombre limité de stages de cinq mois. Ces périodes de formation impliquent une expérience professionnelle dans l'un des services du Comité des régions, et se déroulent du 16 février au 15 juillet (stages de printemps) ou du 16 septembre au 15 février (stages d'automne).
\\r\\n\\r\\nL'organisation de stages au sein du CdR a pour but de :
\\r\\n\\r\\nLes stagiaires sont sélectionnés parmi les ressortissants des Etats membres de l'UE. Toutefois, un nombre limité de ressortissants de pays tiers peut être accepté.
\\r\\n\\r\\nLes candidats doivent :
\\r\\n\\r\\nLes stagiaires du CdR ont droit à une bourse mensuelle. Le montant de la bourse est équivalent à 25% du salaire des fonctionnaires AD*5 (échelon 1) au début du stage pour la période complète de 5 mois. Un supplément mensuel de 100 euros est accordé aux stagiaires mariés dont les conjoints n'exercent pas d'activité professionnelle et aux stagiaires qui ont des enfants à charge (100 euros/enfant/mois). Une bourse supplémentaire pouvant atteindre la moitié de la bourse mensuelle peut être accordée à un stagiaire handicapé.

VISITES D'ETUDE À COURT TERME
\\r\\n\\r\\nLe CdR propose également des visites d'étude de courte durée au sein de l'un de ses services à des personnes dont les activités professionnelles, universitaires ou de recherche indiquent qu'elles pourraient se familiariser avec le fonctionnement pratique et/ou les politiques du Comité. La nature des tâches à accomplir par les stagiaires dépend largement de l'unité à laquelle ils sont affectés ; si certaines unités sont plus politiques, d'autres sont plus administratives.
\\r\\n\\r\\nLes candidats doivent :
\\r\\n\\r\\nTous les frais pendant la période d'étude sont à la charge des bénéficiaires : ils ne reçoivent aucune subvention, ni aucun autre soutien financier du CdR. La durée maximale de la visite d'étude de courte durée est de 4 mois, mais elle peut être étendue à 6 mois en fonction des ressources disponibles au CdR.

\\r\\n\\r\\nOgni anno, il Comitato delle regioni (CdR) offre un numero limitato di stage per giovani cittadini, provenienti dall'Europa e da altri paesi, offrendo loro l'opportunità di acquisire esperienza lavorativa presso un'istituzione europea.
\\r\\n\\r\\nSono disponibili tre tipi di tirocini: tirocini standard, visite di studio a breve termine e tirocini per funzionari pubblici.
\\r\\n\\r\\nTirocini standard
\\r\\nOgni anno, il CdR offre ai giovani laureati un numero limitato di tirocini di cinque mesi. Questi periodi di formazione comportano un'esperienza di lavoro in uno dei servizi del Comitato delle Regioni, e vanno dal 16 febbraio al 15 luglio (sessione primaverile) o dal 16 settembre al 15 febbraio (sessione autunnale).
Lo scopo dell'organizzazione dei tirocini al CdR è:
\\r\\n- fornire un'esperienza diretta del funzionamento del CdR e delle istituzioni dell'UE in generale;
\\r\\n- fornire una conoscenza pratica del funzionamento dei suoi uffici;
\\r\\n- lavorare in un ambiente multiculturale e multilingue;
\\r\\n- consentire ai tirocinanti di avere l'opportunità di organizzare una visita di studio presso un'autorità locale o regionale europea, in connessione con le priorità politiche del Comitato;
\\r\\n- consentire ai tirocinanti di sviluppare e mettere in pratica le conoscenze acquisite durante i loro studi o carriere personali.
I tirocinanti vengono selezionati tra cittadini degli Stati membri dell'UE. Tuttavia, potrà essere accettato un numero limitato di cittadini di paesi terzi.
\\r\\n\\r\\nI candidati devono:
\\r\\n- possedere un diploma universitario (o un diploma equivalente) rilasciato entro la data di scadenza delle domande;
\\r\\n- avere una conoscenza approfondita di una lingua ufficiale della Comunità e una conoscenza soddisfacente di un'altra lingua di lavoro dell'UE (francese o inglese).
I tirocinanti del CdR hanno diritto a una sovvenzione mensile. L'importo della sovvenzione è pari al 25% dello stipendio dei funzionari AD * 5 (fase 1) all'inizio del tirocinio per l'intero periodo di 5 mesi. Un supplemento mensile di 100 EUR è concesso ai tirocinanti sposati i cui coniugi non esercitano un'attività lucrativa e ai tirocinanti che hanno figli a carico (100, 00 EUR / bambino / mese). Una sovvenzione supplementare che ammonta a metà della sovvenzione mensile può essere concessa a un tirocinante disabile.

\\r\\nIl CdR offre anche visite di studio a breve termine nell'ambito di uno dei suoi servizi a persone le cui attività professionali, accademiche o di ricerca indicano che potrebbero familiarizzare con le pratiche e/o politiche pratiche del comitato. La natura dei compiti che devono essere soddisfatti dai tirocinanti dipende in larga misura dall'unità a cui sono assegnati; mentre alcune unità sono più politiche, altre sono più amministrative.
I candidati devono essere:
\\r\\n- cittadini dell'UE o cittadini di un paese candidato ufficiale all'adesione (i richiedenti di paesi terzi possono ottenere un tirocinio dal segretario generale in casi eccezionali debitamente motivati);
\\r\\n- laureati che hanno completato almeno una laurea;
\\r\\n-essere in grado di dimostrare di aver bisogno di approfondire la propria conoscenza sul Comitato delle Regioni per motivi professionali, accademici o di ricerca.
Tutte le spese durante il periodo di studio devono essere coperte dai beneficiari: non ricevono alcuna sovvenzione né alcun altro sostegno finanziario da parte del CdR. La durata massima della visita di studio a breve termine è di 4 mesi, ma può essere estesa a 6 mesi a seconda delle risorse disponibili presso il CdR.

Tirocini per funzionari pubblici
\\r\\nIl CdR offre inoltre tirocini al personale di un'autorità pubblica nazionale, regionale o locale di uno Stato membro dell'UE o di un candidato all'adesione, compresi i dipendenti pubblici iscritti al programma di formazione governativa.
I candidati idonei hanno diritto a:
\\r\\n- Tirocinio di 1-4 mesi, prorogabile a 6 mesi con l'autorizzazione del Segretario Generale

Estágios de curta duração não remunerados
O Comité da Regiões oferece também estágios de curta duração não remunerados num dos serviços para pessoas cujas actividades profissionais, académicas ou de investigação se relacionem com o trabalho do Comité das Regiões.
A natureza das tarefas a realizar pelos estagiários depende muito da unidade onde for inserido. Existem unidades mais políticas e unidades mais administrativas.

\\r\\n\\r\\nToate cheltuielile pe durata perioadei de studiu urmează să fie asigurate de beneficiari; ei nu primesc subvenţii şi niciun alt fel de sprijin financiar din partea CoR. Durata maximă pentru o vizită scurtă de studiu este de 4 luni, dar poate fi extinsă la 6 luni, în funcţie de resursele disponibile la CoR.

Prácticas CDR:
Cada año, el Comité de las Regiones ofrece a los jóvenes graduados universitarios un periodo de prácticas limitado de cinco meses. Dichos períodos de formación implican una experiencia laboral en uno de los servicios de la Comisión de las Regiones, del 16 de febrero hasta el 15 de julio (prácticas de primavera) o del 16 de septiembre hasta el 15 de febrero (prácticas de otoño).
El propósito de la organización de cursillos de formación en el Comité de las Regiones es la siguiente:
proporcionar una experiencia de primera mano del trabajo de la CDR y de las instituciones de la UE en general; para trabajar en un ambiente multicultural y plurilingüe.
para proporcionar conocimientos prácticos del funcionamiento de sus departamentos;
para que los alumnos tengan la oportunidad de organizar una visita de estudio a una autoridad europea local o regional, en conexión con las prioridades de la política del Comité;
para que los alumnos puedan desarrollar y poner en práctica los conocimientos que han adquirido durante sus estudios o carreras personales.
Los alumnos son seleccionados entre los nacionales de los Estados miembros de la UE. Sin embargo, un número limitado de nacionales de terceros países pueden ser aceptados.
Los candidatos deberán:
Tener un título universitario (o un diploma equivalente) en la fecha en la que concluya el plazo de solicitudes;
Tener un conocimiento profundo de una lengua oficial de la Comunidad y un conocimiento satisfactorio de otra lengua de trabajo de la UE (inglés o francés)
Los alumnos del CDR tienen derecho a un subsidio mensual. El importe de la subvención equivale al 25% del salario de los funcionarios EA * 5 (paso 1) durante todo el período de 5 meses. Un suplemento mensual de 100 euros se da a los alumnos casados cuyos cónyuges no tienen un empleo remunerado y para los alumnos que tienen hijos a su cargo (100 euros por mes e hijo). Un subsidio complementario por importe de hasta la mitad de la ayuda mensual se podrá conceder a un alumno discapacitado.
Plazos: Las solicitudes deben ser recibidas antes del 31 de marzo del mismo año (para las prácticas de otoño) o 30 de septiembre del año anterior (para las prácticas de primavera).

Los periodos cortos de visitas de estudio.
El CDR también ofrece periodos cortos de visitas de estudio, dentro de uno de sus servicios, a las personas cuya actividad profesional, académica o de investigación requiera que se familiaricen con el funcionamiento práctico o las políticas de la Comisión. La naturaleza de las tareas a cumplir por los alumnos depende en gran medida de la unidad a la que están asignados, mientras que algunas unidades son más políticas, otras son más administrativas.
Los candidatos deberán:
Tener un título universitario.
Ser capaces de mostrar que necesitan profundizar en el conocimiento que tienen del Comité de las Regiones por razones profesionales, académicos o de investigación.
Todos los gastos durante el período de estudio deben ser cubiertos por los beneficiarios: no reciben ninguna subvención, ni ningún otro tipo de apoyo financiero del Comité de las Regiones. La duración máxima de un período de prácticas no remuneradas es de 4 meses, pero puede ser ampliado a seis meses dependiendo de los recursos disponibles del CDR.
Fecha límite: No hay plazos fijos para los periodos de estudio no remunerados.

\\r\\nEs stehen drei Arten von Praktika zur Verfügung: Standardpraktikum, Kurzzeitstudienaufenthalte und Praktikum für Regierungsbeamte.
Standard-Praktikum
\\r\\nJedes Jahr bietet der AdR jungen Hochschulabsolventen eine begrenzte Anzahl von 5-monatigen Praktika an. Die Praktika finden in einer der Dienststellen des Ausschusses der Regionen statt und dauern vom 16. Februar bis zum 15. Juli (Frühjahrspraktikum) bzw. vom 16. September bis zum 15. Februar (Herbstpraktikum).
Das Ziel der Praktika im AdR ist
\\r\\n- Vermittlung von Erfahrungen aus erster Hand über die Arbeitsweise des AdR und der EU-Institutionen im Allgemeinen;
\\r\\n- die Vermittlung praktischer Kenntnisse über die Arbeit der Dienststellen;
\\r\\nArbeit in einem multikulturellen und mehrsprachigen Umfeld;
\\r\\n- den Praktikanten die Möglichkeit zu geben, einen Studienaufenthalt bei einer europäischen lokalen oder regionalen Gebietskörperschaft im Zusammenhang mit den politischen Prioritäten des Ausschusses zu organisieren;
\\r\\n- es den Praktikanten zu ermöglichen, die Kenntnisse, die sie während ihres Studiums oder ihrer persönlichen Laufbahn erworben haben, zu vertiefen und in die Praxis umzusetzen.
Die Praktikanten werden unter den Mitgliedern der EU-Mitgliedstaaten ausgewählt. Es kann jedoch eine begrenzte Anzahl von Staatsangehörigen von Drittstaaten zugelassen werden.
\\r\\n\\r\\nDie Bewerber müssen:
\\r\\n- entweder über einen Hochschulabschluss (oder ein gleichwertiges Diplom) verfügen, der bei Ablauf der Bewerbungsfrist verliehen wurde;
\\r\\n- umfassende Kenntnisse in einer Amtssprache der EU und ausreichende Kenntnisse in einer weiteren EU-Arbeitssprache (Französisch oder Englisch) besitzen.
AdR-Praktikanten haben Anspruch auf ein monatliches Stipendium. Die Höhe des Stipendiums entspricht 25% des Gehalts der AD*5-Beamten (Stufe 1) zu Beginn des Praktikums für die gesamte Dauer von 5 Monaten. Verheiratete Praktikanten, deren Ehepartner nicht erwerbstätig sind, und Praktikanten, die unterhaltsberechtigte Kinder haben, erhalten eine monatliche Zulage von 100 EUR (100,00 €/Kind/Monat). Einem behinderten Praktikanten kann ein Zuschuss in Höhe von bis zur Hälfte des monatlichen Zuschusses gewährt werden.
\\r\\n\\r\\nBewerbungsfristen:
\\r\\n- 1. Oktober bis 31. März, Mitternacht, Brüsseler Ortszeit, desselben Jahres (für Herbstpraktika 16. September - 15. Februar);

Kurzfristige Studienaufenthalte
\\r\\nDer AdR bietet auch kurzfristige Studienaufenthalte innerhalb einer seiner Dienststellen für Personen an, deren berufliche, akademische oder Forschungsaktivitäten in Zusammenhang mit der praktischen Arbeit und/oder der Politik des Ausschusses stehen.
\\r\\nDie Art der von den Praktikanten zu erfüllenden Aufgaben hängt weitgehend von dem Referat ab, dem sie zugewiesen werden; während einige Referate eher politischer Natur sind, sind andere eher administrativer Natur.
Die Bewerber müssen:
\\r\\n- EU-Bürger oder Bürger eines Staates, der offizieller Beitrittskandidat ist (Bewerber aus Drittstaaten können in hinreichend begründeten Ausnahmefällen vom Generalsekretär ein Praktikum erhalten);
\\r\\n- Hochschulabsolventen, die mindestens einen Bachelor-Abschluss erworben haben;
\\r\\n- nachweisen können, dass er/sie seine/ihre Kenntnisse über den Ausschuss der Regionen aus Gründen, die mit beruflichen, akademischen oder Forschungsaktivitäten zusammenhängen, vertiefen muss.
Alle Ausgaben während des Studienaufenthalts sind von den Begünstigten zu tragen: sie erhalten weder ein Stipendium noch irgendeine andere finanzielle Unterstützung vom AdR. Die Höchstdauer für einen kurzzeitigen Studienaufenthalt beträgt 4 Monate, kann aber je nach den im AdR verfügbaren Ressourcen auf 6 Monate verlängert werden.
\\r\\n\\r\\nBewerbungsfrist: Es gibt keine festen Fristen für Kurzzeit-Studienaufenthalte.

Praktikum für Regierungsbeamte
\\r\\nDer AdR bietet auch Praktika für Mitarbeiter einer nationalen, regionalen oder lokalen öffentlichen Behörde eines EU-Mitgliedstaates oder eines offiziellen Beitrittskandidaten an, darunter auch für Beamte, die an einem Ausbildungsprogramm der Regierung teilnehmen.
Berechtigte Kandidaten erhalten:
\\r\\n- 1-4 Monate Praktikum, mit Genehmigung des Generalsekretärs auf 6 Monate verlängerbar
\\r\\n - Das Anfangsdatum wird mit dem Kandidaten vereinbart.

Each year, the Committee of the Regions (CoR) provides a limited number of internships for young citizens, from an EU Member state or an official accession candidate, offering them the opportunity to acquire work experience in a European institution.
\\r\\nThree types of internships are available: Standard Traineeship, Short-term study visits and Traineeship for Government Officials.

Standard traineeship
\\r\\nEach year, the CoR offers young university graduates a limited number of five-month traineeships. These training periods involve work experience in one of the Committee of the Regions' services, and run from 16 February until 15 July (Spring traineeships) or from 16 September to 15 February (Autumn traineeships).
The purpose of the organisation of traineeships in the CoR is:
\\r\\n\\r\\nto provide a first-hand experience of the workings of the CoR and of the EU institutions in general;
\\r\\nto provide practical knowledge of the working of its departments;
\\r\\nto work in a multicultural and multilingual environment;
\\r\\nto enable trainees to have the opportunity to organise a study visit to a European local or regional authority, in connection with the Committee’s political priorities;
\\r\\nto enable trainees to develop and put into practice the knowledge they have acquired during their studies or personal careers.
Trainees are selected from nationals of the EU Member States. However a limited number of nationals of non-member countries may be accepted.
\\r\\n\\r\\nApplicants must:
\\r\\neither hold a university degree (or an equivalent diploma) awarded by the closing date for applications;
\\r\\nhave a thorough knowledge of one official Community language and a satisfactory knowledge of one other EU-working language (French or English).
CoR-trainees are entitled to a monthly grant. The amount of the grant is equivalent to 25% of the salary of AD*5 officials (step 1) at the start of the traineeship for the full 5-month period.

\\r\\nEU citizens or citizens from a state which is an official candidate for accession (applicants of third countries may be granted a traineeship by the Secretary General in exceptional, duly motivated cases);
\\r\\nuniversity graduates that have completed at least a Bachelor's degree;
\\r\\nbe able to show that he/she needs to deepen his/her knowledge of the Committee of the Regions for reasons related to professional, academic or research activities.
